Perfect! This is the best investment from a football Mom! This coat is comfortable, warm even without the heat turned on and it’s cute. It’s a perfect fit and true to size. The charger is easier to use and the charger can be used to charge my phone too. The coat is not bulky and worth every penny.

If in doubt as with any coat, buy the next size up. That being said, my wife hates being cold and hates living in the north (at least in the winter months)! I bought this for her and she loves it. The jacket’s make is good quality and the fabric is easy to clean, keeping out the wind and cold on its own. Easy to slip on with freedom of movement and a heavier duty zipper. Has a hood also.
The battery holds a charge for a good long while with multiple zones of warmth that are pretty well instantaneous. No waiting to get warm, you can feel it now not after you’ve been shaking for awhile. Functions well without any hinderance of movement.
My wife likes the style and length of the jacket. Plenty of pocket space too (besides the pocket just for the battery). Was one of my better moves.

I bought this coat to wear on a trip to NYC in December. I chose it because of the adjustable heat option, but this coat is so warm that I never had to turn the heat on. This coat is so comfortable, water resistant, stylish and warm. Highly recommend!

Love this jacket so much! It fits wonderfully, very cute, is super warm even without the heating options on and I love the fleece lined pockets! It has a really nice interior pocket as well that I really appreciate, it is large enough to hold my phone or wallet in the interior pocket. I wore it on a cold, rainy morning right out of the box and stayed warm and dry. I also wore it in a downpour while walking my dogs for an hour and stayed perfectly dry! Update: I have worn this coat quite often now, nearly daily, and on a farm. It’s grown on me! I have also had to wash it several times and it’s held up amazing and gets clean even on well water and without fancy bleach or whitening products. You can unzip the fur trim before washing, which is a nice attention to detail. I do have to charge it nightly, but now that its a habit, thats not too bad. I also discovered there’s a on/off button on the battery itself (aside from just detaching it from the coat) and that helps. Im surprised that its actually a LOT warmer than it looks, even without the heating element on. We’ve had a warmer winter than usual, but its helped a lot even on the colder days. The hood fits snugly when needed to keep the crazy wind out. Part of me almost loves this jacket but there’s issues. First, size up. Im normally a small. I first ordered a small and the body fit great, but the upper seams on the arms where the heaters are sewn in are smaller than the sleeve, making it not fit well and too tight on the upper arms and I have skinny, scrawny arms. So I exchanged it fit a medium. The medium arrived. It was apparent it was a previous return, but still in new condition and it wasn’t going to be a gift, so no problem. The medium still fit well enough, now with a little extra room for layering clothes.
The annoying part:
If you turn off the heat and then want to turn it on again, you have to unzip, take the battery out of the inner pocket and unplug it and then re-plug it back in. If your inside, no problem. Minor inconvenience. But if you’re outside with snow blowing, or with gloves on, it’s a pain. The back, upper arms and neck heat up very well. The torso heats up hardly at all. Very faint. You can just feel a light, gentle warm in the pockets if you’re not wearing gloves. The jacket itself is pretty warm though without heat. Not like heavy weight winter tundra warm, but warm enough without heat for those late fall, early winter cold but not frigid days. I do like that if you have back pain, its like having a mobile heating pad on your back. That’s really nice. I wish the torso heated up more. It wasn’t something I instantly loved, but it grew on me. I was going to get one for my daughter as well, but I’m thinking I might try a different kind to see if that one works a bit better since it would be a gift. While nice enough, i suspect that its one that i will eventually replace with a better one when it wears out. If it lasts the winter though, I’ll be happy. The pockets are nice and roomy. The zipper is plastic. It works well right now. Im not sure how durable it will be and have already started learning how to replace the zipper in case it breaks. Basically, if you need a warm enough coat for like stadiums, errands, watching evening sports games in a field.. this would probably work great. If you need a coat that will keep you warm when you have a job working outside or on a farm or something, you might want something a little more quality and heavy duty.

Kept me nice and toasty! The coat actually will keep you warm without being turned on, but I loved the extra warmth! Everything was perfect, quality, length, size, thickness, couldn’t ask for a better coat! The battery has its own little compartment and it stays charged all day. I did turn it off when indoors but we walked around New York all day and it lasted all day. I bought size large. I am 5’11” medium build around 170lbs. This is a life saver. I live in New England, and it gets cold up here. It is warm, the buttons are nice, the hood is very soft and comfortable, and it seems easy to wash. I got the maroon/darker red color and it is actually pretty close to the image. I sized up one size (I normally am a women’s XL but got XXL) and am glad I did. The fit around the torso is perfect and it’s slightly longer than my waist which provides great coverage. The zippers are perfectly fine and I haven’t had issues. It is pretty good for the wind as well. It is hefty in terms of weight, but not uncomfortable. It’s a winter jacket, as expected. My ONLY issue is that you have to replug the power bank every single time you want to turn it on.

This heated jacket was a great item to have during my trip to New York. Most days were actually warmer than expected, so I didn’t always need to turn on the heating, but it gave me peace of mind knowing the extra warmth was there when I needed it.
Where it really made a difference was during our ferry rides. Being out on the water with strong wind and colder temperatures, the heating zones in the pockets, back, arms, and behind the neck were a huge plus. If in doubt as with any coat, buy the next size up. That being said, my wife hates being cold and hates living in the north (at least in the winter months)! I bought this for her and she loves it. The jacket’s make is good quality and the fabric is easy to clean, keeping out the wind and cold on its own. Easy to slip on with freedom of movement and a heavier duty zipper. Has a hood also.
The battery holds a charge for a good long while with multiple zones of warmth that are pretty well instantaneous. No waiting to get warm, you can feel it now not after you’ve been shaking for awhile. Functions well without any hinderance of movement.
My wife likes the style and length of the jacket. Plenty of pocket space too (besides the pocket just for the battery). Was one of my better moves.

Kept me nice and toasty! The coat actually will keep you warm without being turned on, but I loved the extra warmth! Everything was perfect, quality, length, size, thickness, couldn’t ask for a better coat! The battery has its own little compartment and it stays charged all day. I did turn it off when indoors but we walked around New York all day and it lasted all day. I bought size large. I am 5’11” medium build around 170lbs. The hood is removable or you can just remove the fur trim if you want but it is super cute with it on!

This is a life saver. I live in New England, and it gets cold up here. It is warm, the buttons are nice, the hood is very soft and comfortable, and it seems easy to wash. I got the maroon/darker red color and it is actually pretty close to the image. I sized up one size (I normally am a women’s XL but got XXL) and am glad I did. The fit around the torso is perfect and it’s slightly longer than my waist which provides great coverage. The zippers are perfectly fine and I haven’t had issues. It is pretty good for the wind as well. It is hefty in terms of weight, but not uncomfortable. It’s a winter jacket, as expected. My ONLY issue is that you have to replug the power bank every single time you want to turn it on.

Update-the pockets and arms do not heat up. The heated pockets were the most important feature for me so after wearing in sub zero weather my back was on fire but cold hands and arms. GORGEOUS JACKET! I mean I wasnt smart buying white but its so nice im happy its white. Its washable and the battery pak is easy. Its soooo warm. I have no heat this winter so its saving my life. But the fact that the fit is so snug and perfect that is so amazing. I haven’t found a nice fitting jacket withput bulky spots anywhere. Im new to the weather from Florida so im looking for warm. I finally found my coat. I went through 10 different coats before this heated coat. It is so cozy warm. There are three settings. I usually have mine on high. I bought a size large. I am 5 foot seven 165 pounds. It fits me perfect even with a sweater underneath. As you can see by the picture the hood is quite large. You can take it off if you need. It’s got a nice zipper. The coat has nice material. It’s soft. I wore it when it was only like 5° and it kept me warm on high. It is hard to see out the hood from your left to your right so be sure you look good when crossing the street. The battery holds I would say probably about three hours on high. A charge is fairly quick. I think it’s a great value for the money. I don’t feel the coat is heavy with the battery pack inside the zipper pocket. I didn’t have to layer which drives me nuts. It’s very easy functional coat. I’m so happy. I finally found my coat! The only thing I would say is fleece pockets would be awesome. The battery pack if at any point in time, technology gets good where it can be “thin”.

I wanted a heated jacket for my 10 year old, but it had to be WARM ENOUGH WITHOUT THE HEATED FEATURE. We live in Michigan and she needs to wear it to school, but at 10 years old, I was worried she’d forgot to charge her battery. IT’S WARM WITHOUT IT! It’s a great coat for winter and the heat just makes it even better. My 27 year old daughter tried it on and wanted one, so I got her one for Christmas. She loves it and uses the heat frequently and says she loves that she can “preheat” it before she goes outside. I bought a 3rd for a friend’s daughter in college who does a lot of walking. Also loved it! The exterior fabric doesn’t make much noise when you move around. The faux fur ruff is very full and looks really good. The fit is true to size, if anything a little big so there wasn’t a need to size up to allow for layers. Also, the heat definitely works well and we haven’t had an issue with the battery not lasting long enough! All three of the coats were a total win for the Michigan snow!

Love this jacket so much! It fits wonderfully, very cute, is super warm even without the heating options on and I love the fleece lined pockets! It has a really nice interior pocket as well that I really appreciate, it is large enough to hold my phone or wallet in the interior pocket. I wore it on a cold, rainy morning right out of the box and stayed warm and dry. I also wore it in a downpour while walking my dogs for an hour and stayed perfectly dry! It is thick without being bulky and I can wear a sweater or sweatshirt underneath comfortably. I am 5’5″ about 145-155lbs and 38″ bust and got the large and it is perfect! Can’t say enough things about this coat!
Six Impossible Things –
So far I love this coat. It’s only been maybe 2 weeks. But it’s still working. That’s my biggest fear, that it’ll stop working right after I can’t get a replacement.
But it’s really comfy. I was right on the edge between 2 sizes so I went with the larger size.
I love that the inside of the pockets are fleece lined. So cozy. The snap closure is easy to open and close one handed.
I adore the oversize hood. It’s such a cute look and the double snaps on either side stabilize it.
I’m not a fan of the inside pocket is right along the same pocket for the battery. The two pockets share a wall and it creates a lopsided situation. Plus everything crammed into a 6in square space. It would make more sense for the inside pocket for our use to be on the Opposite side from the battery pocket.
On Low the battery lasts forever. I typically have been using it for about 20 minutes, twice a day. So 40 minutes total a day. 5 days a week. On low, I charged it once that week and it wasn’t dead yet.
This past week is been colder so I’ve been using it on medium and high. The other day I had it on high about 15-20 minutes, then medium for a couple hours at once and then on low for about half hour or so and the battery, which wasn’t fully charged, was at 52% So… so far, the battery comes out good to start at least. Hopefully that stays.
I like that the level button is on the inside. No bright light shining on my chest everywhere. It looks sleek, streamlined, I like it.
That said, the fact that I can’t turn it off with that same button, is annoying. The only way to turn the coat off is to disconnect the cable from the battery.
Not ideal.
I do like that there is a rubber protective cover for the plug part. Not many have that. And the wash bag included is a great bonus also.
Overall, even though there are a couple things I’d change, I still really am glad I got this coat. It has been a game changer for me because I live in the artic tundra

This heated jacket was a great item to have during my trip to New York. Most days were actually warmer than expected, so I didn’t always need to turn on the heating, but it gave me peace of mind knowing the extra warmth was there when I needed it.
Where it really made a difference was during our ferry rides. Being out on the water with strong wind and colder temperatures, the heating zones in the pockets, back, arms, and behind the neck were a huge plus. It warmed up quickly and kept me comfortable so I could enjoy the views instead of focusing on being cold.
The jacket is lightweight, stylish, and not bulky, so it still looks cute while being very functional. It also blocks wind well and is easy to adjust depending on how much warmth you want. Overall, it’s a smart buy for travel, outdoor activities, or unpredictable winter weather. Definitely recommend.
