Customer service was horrible. I asked to return a product and they spent a week asking irrelevant questions and giving the run around about why I needed to return it. Be mindful when ordering. Returns are basically non existent.

Everything was packed nice and has the bike working as if I never did replace the controller. Definitely won’t be riding it out in 30 below weather again lol.

Never received the controller that I preferred and paid for. Contacted customer service three times with absolutely no response. Was sent a brake part instead of controller. Would like a response and to have my controller sent immediately.
