Heats toes!! Finally found good quality socks that actually heat my toes. They heat the front 3/4 of my foot, heal does not seem to heat. Not an issue, as if the rest of my foot is warm, the heal takes care of it’s self. Used these during 0* weather taking care of animals on the farm and was very comfortable on low setting. Heating time for my toes was about 3-5 minutes. 👏 Wearing heavy insulated bibs, I could still find and adjust the settings. Much better than the type that connects to your phone using an app. Also, not to bulky. I could still wear my normal boots without feeling like my boots were 3 sizes too small. Heating wires within socks did not rub or bother me! Socks also stayed in place, did not have to pull them up from sliding down through out the day..

Cons: 🧐They do seem to run a little on the big size, don’t over size for fitting over another pair of socks. I only wore these and had better results. If I wore over a pair of socks, my feet (toes) would stay wet (=cold), these breath pretty well. Also, batteries didn’t last the entire day on low setting, probably closer to 6-10 hrs depending on setting. 🤔I did and do recommend buying a second set of batteries so you can change out if they die. I purchased a size larger battery (7.4v 3500mAH) that seemed to last 10-12 hrs easily. Not cheap, but for me it was worth not having cold toes! 👍 Would highly recommend these with the extra batteries 👍

These are good socks for the price. The batteries last for about 5 hrs average on high setting. This is the second set I purchased as to have 2 sets in use throughout the week at work. I have no complaints as the first set is going on a year with no problems so far. they heat up fairly quick and are comfortable to wear. They are not so tight that they limit movement like other socks. I recommend these!

Lifelong chilly/cold feet and hands gal and live in MN. Wanted to try heated socks mainly for wearing lounging around the house and warming my feet before/during sleep. I can’t sleep with cold feet. Researched many brands and decided to try both Snow Deer and Savior heated socks.

These arrived first, a week before the other brand on Amazon. Turns out they are exactly the same. Likely the same manufacturer, just different brand names, but same product, function, performance to date . I’d recommend both brands-just buy the cheaper one at the time of purchase.

Love them. Been using consistently for 3 months. Have washed them in a zippered bag per instructions. Work great. They warm my toes and midfoot nicely. Not aggressively, but noticeable. The highest setting “red” will auto switch to medium “white” after 5 min. This is for safety and battery life. Many times they feel very toasty and I step down to low “blue” setting.

I hate wearing socks to bed, but my feet have to be warm for me to sleep. If I plan ahead, I’ll warm my feet with these up to an hr before bed and then remove to sleep.

Admittedly, I’m not that efficient and often put the socks on as I get into bed. They warm quickly and nicely. The battery packs tuck nicely into the pockets and don’t come out overnight. If I sleep quickly, I don’t get a chance to put them in the low setting, I will often awaken during the night and remove them or keep the sock on but power down. They are easy on and off and don’t require a lot of brain power, which would wake me up.

I use them when cold/chilly in the house too. Especially, lazy weekend days. Walking in slippers or clogs is comfortable. Don’t feel the wires with these types of footwear. Haven’t used them inside boots or tighter shoes. They do warm the tops and bottoms of my toes and into the midfoot. No direct heating element to the heel, but not needed for me. My heel and lower calf warm easily with the toes and midfoot warm.

I ended up keeping both pairs bc I like the extra battery pack and ability to switch out. Use them almost daily. You CANNOT DRY these in a dryer and they can take a good 1-2 days to airdry. So, I’m glad I have another pair to use almost daily.

Tall socks that go to upper calf, not over the knee, for me. I’m 6’2″ and have 16-17inch calves and fit nicely with size Large. Not tight, but snug that they don’t shift or fall down easily.

I live in Central New York where the winters are cold and you shovel a lot. Due to an injury year’s ago, I developed neuropathy in my feet. When I can feel them, they feel ice cold, asleep and as if you are walking on glass 24/7. Nothing I wear on my feet help even when they are warm to the touch. I just put these on for 15 minutes on the lowest setting and thought a miracle had occurred. Warm Feet! I actually can’t wait to shovel! And plan to wear them inside also. The neuropathy moved to my hands last year and I suffered horribly. This year after much research about heated gloves, this company proved to be the best so I took a chance. They too, are remarkable. Long battery life at least 4 hours on high) and easy charge. This company has high quality products and I am a very happy customer!

Keeps the toes comfortable through the day ,even sitting still in the tree stand. Battery lasts good as long as not on high the whole time. Will warm them automatically drop to medium to maintain and save some battery. Work good for me in 30 degree weather

I purchased these rechargeable heated socks because I’m headed to Germany the first week of December and due to the cold temperatures and me having neuropathy in my feet, want to keep them warm. I decided to try them out during football season and on the weekends in November. I’m not very impressed on a few things concerning them. First the socks are very long and come all the way up to the knee practically. I’m not a skinny girl but not majorly obese either but I do have somewhat thick thighs. When wearing them the way they are supposed to be worn, they’re tight. Caused the battery pack to press into your leg. I’m now pushing them down a bit, which helps. My other complaint would be they only heat the toes. For me, it’s great that they heat the toes because that’s where I have a lot of issues at but I’d like the foot area to heat up as well.
My positive would be the ease of where the battery inserts and the quickness of recharging them and the texture of the socks themselves.

These electric socks work well. When I first tried them it was very cold sub freezing temperature outside. You do not feel heat like the heated seats of a car, but my feet remained at a stable temperature, my toes remained warm. They heat around the toes area, top and bottom. In hindsight if I were to buy again I would choose a model that uses a phone app. These have a button control that you press for on-off and to choose between three levels of heat. The thing is the control button is under your pants at the top of your calf. So you need to count how many times you pressed the button. With a phone app it would be easier to confirm on-off and heat setting. But they did perform well. I did not test how long the battery charge lasts, but I did use them for about four hours and they were still heating.

These socks are made well. Feel and Fit are perfect, my size 13 foot fit great in a size Large. Ive got circulation problems and on a semi warm day my toes are 74 degrees. These socks on Low keep them above 90 degrees in regular boots in 35⁰ outside temps so far. Battery i used once before switching to a 5000mAh battery and that lasts 15+ hrs on low stock battery lasted 8hrs. The heating element will keep all my toes pretty evenly heated along with the top of my feet. I couldnt be happier with these socks, they seem to be durable for many cold winters ahead.

These heated socks are an absolute game-changer for anyone who spends time outdoors in cold weather! I bought them for winter hiking and skiing, and they’ve been amazing at keeping my feet warm and cozy.

    Pros:
✔️ Long-lasting warmth – The 7.4V 2200mAh batteries provide heat for 6–8 hours on a single charge, depending on the heat setting.
✔️ Three heat levels – You can adjust the warmth (low, medium, high) based on how cold it is outside.
✔️ Comfortable material – The socks are soft and breathable, even with the heating elements.
✔️ Easy to recharge – Comes with a dual charging cable, so you can charge both batteries at once.
✔️ Great for outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, and motorcycling.

    Cons:
🔹 Takes a couple of hours to fully recharge the batteries.
🔹 The heating elements are concentrated at the toe area, so the rest of the foot doesn’t get as much warmth.

Overall, these socks are a lifesaver for anyone who struggles with cold feet in the winter. They’re perfect for outdoor adventures or even just staying warm at home. Highly recommend for men and women alike!

thickness and softness and fit are perfect. Battery life , I get 8 hrs. on low setting and feet are warm, if really cold middle setting is good, but should have good winter boots also. When washing I put caps on the end of the plugs they give you and put in a garment bag and put on delacate wash and air dry. Never had a problem

Heated socks are a game changer for hunting in cold weather! 🦆 🦌 🦫
Whether you are sitting in a tree stand or tredging through icy water, your feet will be cozy.
I typically wear one pair of wool socks and layer these on top. That’s it! Your feet will be happy in your waders or muck boots.
I can attest the high (red) setting lasts for 4-5 hours and makes hunting in 17° weather pleasant. So long as you recharge the battery packs after wearing, you will be good to go for any cold weather adventure!

The electric heated socks worked beautifully outdoors when it was 17 degrees Fahrenheit. The were just the right thickness, soft and comfortable.

I bought these to help with Raynaud’s, as I live in a cold climate. I already have a few pairs of heated gloves and this is my second pair of heated socks. The first heated socks I bought were just OK, especially for the price. I paid ~$38.

Pros of the Snow Deer heated socks:
The material of the soxs is very soft and comfortable.
They fit well. I ordered a medium (I wear size 7.5–8 shoes and I’m 5’4”). Usually, socks are too big in the foot and calf and I end up constantly pulling them up. These socks are just slightly big in the foot and fit snug in the calf. I like that they stay in place, even with the added battery weight. I do want to caution that, as many other reviewers have said, the calves are tight. I have small calves (12” around) and these socks fit well with NO room to spare.
Like many heated socks they have 3 heat settings. The first pair of heated socks I bought, I could only feel any warmth on the high setting and, even then, it was just in a small area by my toes. These heat all of the toe box area, including the top and bottom and it’s a consistent heat. I haven’t used these outside yet, but am really pleased with how warm all the settings are.
The battery packs stay securely in the pockets and are easy to turn on/off and change heat settings.

    Cons:
You can feel the wires in the socks. It doesn’t bother me since I’m not wearing them in tight boots, but it might be an issue for others.
These socks are thick, so they might not fit comfortably in snug boots or shoes.
The calves may be tight and uncomfortable for those with calf circumference over 12”.
I have arthritis in my hands and struggle with disconnecting the battery from the charger and from the socks. It takes a significant amount of pincer strength to pull the cable out. I’m hoping this will get easier over time.

I bought these during a Black Friday deal and paid $64. I would recommend and buy them again that price

Review for snow deer electric socks. Good battery life, sizing went up to my size which is nice (13.5 US) Comfortable material and can’t feel wires. Fit is good for my skinny legs. Will only heat toes, not your entire foot. High medium low settings. I find on high setting heat is barely noticeable but usable. Wish they got a little warmer especially at current price level.

I purchased 4 pairs of these for me and my 3 adult children to attend the Bears vs Cleveland in Chicago when the temperature was 8 degrees. The basically suck – I would recommend you not buy these socks. As for warmth, they lack warmth, even when turned to high. There are 3 settings. What they don’t tell you is you really can’t use high, buried in the manual, it says when you out them on high, after 5 mins, they automatically switch to medium. Our / my feet were super cold, the exact opposite of what you want/need. To make it even worse, you charge with a proprietary plug, I would take micro-usb over this but it really should be a USB-C cord. Do yourself a favor and avoid this brand. I would return all 4 pairs if I could, we used them so I’m stuck. Clearly not the case of a faulty paid since ALL 4 pairs just sucked!

Very nice and useful. A must for Canadian Winter and for skiing on the big hill.

Totally worth the money! I was a little hesitant because obviously nobody wants to spend almost $80 on a pair of socks. But my husband made me purchase them or I should say he purchased them pyramids and being that I work outdoors doing construction in good insulated work boots that actually fit a woman’s foot are very hard to come by. So buying these was the best thing I did. I wish I had done it 10 years ago when I started in this trade. I will say that I do wear a pair of lighter socks underneath them so that they do not get dirty as quickly. I hand wash them at the end of the week. I have to press the water out of them about three or four times while they are hanging because you cannot ring them out do the wires inside. But the battery lasts all day they keep your feet super warm. And the battery being that it is slim and rechargeable is way better than the old school design. My husband said 25 years ago when he had a pair of heated socks, they took 9 V batteries or D batteries, and they were just monsters and not as effective. He also said that the older style un heated socks did not come down the top of the foot over the veins wrap around the toes and then come underneath the toes.
So in regard to sizing, I did get a medium. I understand what people meant when they talked about the sizing being a little strange, specially, with the tube part that comes up the leg because they are a little snug, and I have higher than average size calfs for a woman they’re pretty muscular, but I can pull them up fully if I want to, but I usually wear those scrunch down slightly.
So my final review is if you are in a field, where you are working out in the cold or you are somebody who spends a lot of time in the snow or the cold for fun activities. These are definitely worth the investment. As you can see in the photos, they come with a really nice box as well which we decided to keep for other purposes.

I bought these SNOW DEER heated socks for my wife, and they’ve been a huge hit. She says they warm up quickly and feel so comfortable that she actually forgets she’s wearing them. In the evenings she likes to slip them on while relaxing, and they keep her feet perfectly warm without ever feeling bulky or stiff. The 7.4V batteries last long enough for her nightly routine, and she just charges them during the day so they’re always ready to go. These have become one of her favorite cold weather comforts — highly recommended.

This is an update: I have now used these socks for two winter seasons. This year I wore these almost daily through the winter for bike riding in the early morning. Temperatures ranged from the mid-teens to the mid-forties when I was wearing them. They worked flawlessly and always maintained great heat on the medium setting and they were great for keeping toes warm. I mention this because I have two other pairs of heated socks and neither does a good job on toes (one by the same manufacturer).

I have also gotten questions about washing these. The short answer is I have not had the need to wash them all season. I wear them when it is cold, as I expect is true of all users, and I hang them up to dry and air out after each use. They are always fine by the next ride. I will use Woolight and hand wash to avoid damaging the electric items and will hang to dry.

In short, you cannot beat these for the money.

These are affordable heated socks that really work. This pair is my newest and best designed in terms of heat dispersion. I mainly use these for bicycle riding in the winter. My coldest is in the high teens, and these handle that level of cold with no problem. If you put these on high on a moderate day, they will be uncomfortably hot. You have to take care of these by hand washing and air drying. I had an earlier pair that developed a short from using machine washing. That was a shocking experience and painful, so do not do it. The sock itself is good quality and should last a long time. The battery lasts beyond 150 minutes, which is about the limit for me when it is that cold out.

I have never been formally diagnosed with Raynaud’s, but I wouldn’t be surprised if I did have it. I have always struggled with keeping my feet warm while outside in cold weather. I have tried Sorel, Columbia, dry shod, and various other brands of boots and I have not found anything that will allow me to be outside for long before having to go inside and warm up my toes. I have alpaca socks, smart wool socks, those shiny socks, and I even got boot liners that are reflective or something (those actually did help some). NOTHING HELPED!

I did not want to give up finding something that will be able to let me go outside with my kiddos and play with them or go on hikes with my family. We live in Wisconsin and enjoy the outdoors.

***These socks have provided the comfort to finally spend the time outside! They can get quite hot and I don’t think that is good in any case. I use the lowest setting that keeps my feet warm enough without the pain from the cold. They are kind of tight in the calf area, so that is really my only complaint.

I have not washed them yet and I’m kind of nervous about that but they do have instructions about what to do for washing. But when I’m done wearing them, I turn them inside out and let them dry. I’ve only worn them 2x and for shorter time periods so I’m sure they aren’t that gross. lol

Anyway, I was not thrilled spending $70-80 on heated socks…..but I’m so happy I did. Totally worth it.

  76. CSG –

My husband has used these for hunting, and said they have really saved his feet, as they stay nice and warm while sitting in his tree stand.

  91. Monica –

Somehow these are both too big and too small. OK, not too big, actually about right for skiing or other knee-high applications, but I wouldn’t recommend wearing these skiing.

I wear a 11-11.5 and have a somewhat wide foot. The sock overall is about the right size, but the heating wires that run the circumference of the toe box at the balls of your feet are literally the only part of the sock that isn’t elastic. This also happens to be the widest part of the foot that flexes the most when you’re walking. If you have even a slightly wide foot or you’re near the top of the size range, buy a size up.

For me, getting the socks on was SNUG and a bit of a struggle to get my foot through that wire. Sitting still, it’s not too bad, but any time I get up and walk around I can feel that wire pressing pretty hard. It’s not quite digging in, but I worry about the strain going into that component potentially breaking the wire while I’m up and moving.

I intend to use these for hunting, so for the most part I’ll be sitting still, but I worry about the hike in and out. I might wear normal socks for that part and slip these things on once I’m in the blind. The last thing I want is a shock inside my boots while I’m hiking through the woods! I would recommend the manufacturer add just a little bit more wire to this part of the sock, since it really limits the sizing.

Aside from that, these things are pretty awesome. The heating is very nice and comfortable, and they’re very easy to use.

  92. Peter F –

work well however removing and reinstalling the batteries is a terrific pain in the ***. Can see the wires wearing out in no time which is a real disappointment. Otherwise happy with them

Skiing will never be the same!!!

We bought 3 pairs and we’re extremely satisfied with the quality and functionality of these socks.

Having the 3 levels right on the socks is super practical instead of managing an app.

A great investment and a must-have for winter sports!

Heats toes!! Finally found good quality socks that actually heat my toes. They heat the front 3/4 of my foot, heal does not seem to heat.

The media could not be loaded.

  14. Rachel A. –

I have no complaints as the first set is going on a year with no problems so far. they heat up fairly quick and are comfortable to wear. They are not so tight that they limit movement like other socks. I recommend these!

Purchased these socks for my husband as I already own a pair and they are sensational! Battery lasts all day, they are comfortable and machine washable. Never have cold feet again but these socks today! You will not be disappointed.

👍 Would highly recommend these with the extra batteries 👍

work well however removing and reinstalling the batteries is a terrific pain in the ***. Can see the wires wearing out in no time which is a real disappointment. Otherwise happy with them

  84. Rachel A. –

They definitely work but they bunch up pretty uncomfortably at the toes.

  85. Peter F –

We bought 3 pairs and we’re extremely satisfied with the quality and functionality of these socks.
