Good fit and comfortable on the handlebars.

  3. Josue –

I recently purchased these cycling gloves because I was experiencing significant pain in my palms and wrists during rides. I’m happy to report that they made a huge difference! The padding provides excellent support, relieving the discomfort I was feeling in my hands.

One of the standout features is how lightweight they are. I barely notice I’m wearing them! The material stretches comfortably, ensuring a snug fit without being restrictive. I ordered a size small, and it fits perfectly.

I did see some reviews mentioning that the gloves lack an adjustable feature, but personally, I didn’t find that to be an issue at all. The fit was just right for me, and I appreciate that I could slip them on without fuss.

Overall, I highly recommend these gloves to anyone looking to improve their cycling experience and alleviate hand pain. A fantastic investment for any cyclist!

  4. Juan Alberto –

Nice simple set of MTB gloves with some moderate padding on the palms. Overall I find them very comfortable with the mesh backing.

UPDATE: After posting my original review, the seller reached out and offered to provide a smaller size since the medium size gloves I originally ordered were bigger than anticipated. After receiving the size small gloves, they fit much better–really the way a typical medium size glove probably should fit. So, if you like your cycling gloves to be a fairly snug fit, consider sizing down. Props to the seller for reaching out and offering great customer service!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’m an avid cyclist and am, frankly, a bit of a gear fanatic. I tend to purchase high end, name brand cycling kit from companies like Castelli, Pearl Izumi, Attaquer, etc. with long histories and strong reputations in cycling kit. So, when I purchased these gloves I was curious how they would stack up.

For the price point, I think these are decent gloves. These don’t compare to the high end gloves that cost 4x (or more) as much, but I wouldn’t say that these are only 1/4 the glove that those high end gloves are, I think they’re a bit better than that.

The stitching on these appears to be good, and the fabric on the back of the glove is nice and soft and breathable. The palm is made of a grippy rubbery like fabric; it’s not a synthetic suede like many gloves. And there are a few spots of padding but nothing super cushy. I like that there are some fingerloops sewn onto the middle and ring fingers to aid in removing the gloves.

My biggest beef with these gloves is that my hand measures 3-5/8″ across the palm and 8.5″ in circumference. According to the product listing, that would put me at a US M / Asian L, which is what I ordered (and that is consistent with the fact that other gloves I’ve purchased from US companies have been size medium and fit well). In reality these gloves are a little bit looser than I would prefer. The stretchy fabric on the back of the hand allows a fair amount of give. It’s not so loose that they’re unusable, just not the fit I would prefer, so take the sizing into consideration when purchasing; you may want to size down if you are between sizes and prefer a snug fit.

Overall, these are decent minimalist gloves at a low price point. I wouldn’t expect them to last more than a season or maybe two of heavy riding, but for non-enthusiast cyclists, these are a reasonable, inexpensive option.

  6. Javier –

Gloves marked 2XL are more like Medium sized. They do not fit me but they do fit a lady friend who normally wears a size Medium glove. Gave them to her.

  7. John in San Diego –

They slide around when my hands get sweaty. Had to stop using them because they were causing blisters.

I like the fit. However on glove appears to have more gel in the plam section than the other.

  10. BORIS RODRIGUEZ –

Nice gloves. Matches quality of stuff at local bike shop for half the price. My favorite of the cheap cycling gloves in the Jungle.

  11. David Smith –

These gloves are very comfortable and fit me perfectly. They protect my hands well, and the padding helps prevent pain during long rides. I even keep them on when I go into rivers to cool off or swim, and they’ve held up great. Both the material and the color stay intact, which really shows their durability.

  14. Amazon Customer –

I’m pleased with these so far. I’ve used them for one ride so far and they are comfortable and reasonably easy to remove, which is the reason I selected this model. There are two pull straps on the middle two fingers which help to remove the gloves after riding. This was a 2-3 minute chore per glove with the previous pair I had. I removed these gloves in about 20 seconds, even after my hands were sweaty-wet from a long bike ride. I like the look. The quality is adequate for me – some loose threads but nothing that compromises the integrity of the gloves. They fit as advertised. I usually wear large gloves but purchased extra-large per advertised guidelines and they fit great. I also liked the price compared to others I viewed.

  18. BORIS RODRIGUEZ –

Great budget option. I’ve ridden with various gloves such as giro and fox. These can compete with the best of them and are lightweight and breathable. The material does bunch up slightly more in certain areas than name brands, but not to the point of discomfort or affecting grip

  19. Jaegon Kent –

They are comfortable, but slightly smaller than I might prefer. I would like to see them come about .5-1 inch futher down my palm. They do help a lot with hand and wrist pain on longer rides and they are nice to wear. They are also easy to put on and off.

The RockBros Cycling Gloves have a grippy palm but are a let down because the amount of padding in the palm area is thin and does not cover the finger joints area so the bones of the finger and hand still are impacting with the handlebars. Also, there is no padding on the thumb. The final thing that this design is lacking is there isn’t fleece/microcloth going up the forefinger to wipe sweat off the brow.

It would have been an excellent glove design otherwise! The glove fits nice and tight on the hand without cutting off circulation. Material quality is great on the palm for grip!

  49. Richard –

I understand they are $13 gloves, but they essentially have no padding on the palms. It’s so thin it’s almost like having an extra layer of fabric and that’s it.

And to add, the photos are deceptive. The black and red gloves so a leather like palm surface (even thought the second picture of the red gloves show fabric). I thought I was getting the leather type with my “gray” gloves, nope, fabric. Why does each color have different design variations? It should be 1 design with multiple color choices. Also, the gray color photo shows it as a blue gray. I confirmed it was blue gray on MULTIPLE screens, and they all showed up as gray with a blue tint. I get the gloves, and they are straight up gray. Way too many inconsistencies with these gloves.
