Rode 35 miles in drizzle to steady rain. The water on the outer fabric gets wet and evaporates some which cools the fingers(not cold, just cool). The inside stayed completely dry…. Impressively comfortable and water proof. I’m buying another pair.

  2. Karen –

Looking forward to using them while biking in Ireland soon. It rains a lot there and my hands get cold. The bright color perfectly matches my jacket and helmet. Very visible!
Update, I used them in Ireland in the rain and they were great!

  3. Raffaele R. Berardi –

Bought this as a Christmas present for someone who works outside during the winter. It was important that they have dexterity, protection against water and warmth. These fill the bill.

  4. Rie –

  5. nthfrl –

They are certainly not thermal nor are they windproof. It is currently 32° out with 11 mph winds. I didn’t wear them to go cycling in because I didn’t want to be too far away if they didn’t work. I decided to just walk around my property. Within 5 minutes my fingers were frozen!

Since my hands were already cold from the wind getting through the gloves I didn’t even try to put my hands in the snow to test it’s waterproof ability. However, considering all of this information I feel that is safe to assume that they are not waterproof. The quality of these gloves are not worth the value for the money especially since they are not even touch screen capable.

  6. lttlcow –

Warme en winddichte handschoenen tot -5°

  7. Fernando –

    Klare Empfehlung.

  8. nthfrl –

Plenty of room in gloves for warmth and they grip very well. I recommend these glove’s and Grip Grab products! Excellent customer service as usual.

  9. Torsten R. –

    Waterproof and warm

  10. Luca –

  11. J. Padilla –

Did a 40 mile ride in pouring 48 degree Oregon coast rain, and not only where my hands dry, they stayed warm, and the gloves themselves dry out very quickly once it stops raining, from just wind. Would 100 percent recommend.

  12. Z –

Are they wind, water, or sub-48ºF proof? Naturally, no. I’ll get maybe 10-15 minutes of protection from the cold out of them while scootering before my hands are freezing again. They’re fine in very light rain, but anything moderate to heavy and they’ll soak enough that they become touch-screen gloves, lol. They also take forever to dry.

They fit surprisingly well for me. I have very small hands, with a thick hand and short fingers, so finding gloves that I don’t hate is a real challenge, and grip is super important to me. I assume it’s a superior design aspect to them that they adjust to my hands, so kudos to the company for that. Absolutely lovely to wear.

And the grip in these is absolutely amazing! The grip makes them worth wearing even when it’s not cold, to me. It’s helped avert a few almost-accidents, wherein if I hadn’t been wearing them it probably would’ve resulted in meeting the concrete.

I really wanted these for wind and cold protection, and didn’t truly get that, but they’re better than my every-day gloves for that still, and seriously in love with the fit and grip.

    Edit:
Just a note for others: A pickup truck did run me into a traffic obstacle, and thankfully I was wearing these gloves. They did very little for the force of impact of hitting the concrete frontside down, which is expected as they aren’t padded, but they 110% saved my hands. If I hadn’t been wearing these, I wouldn’t have had flesh left on my palms. Thanks to the quality construction of these gloves and materials, I simply had indentations from rocks and bruises from impact. The gloves were sadly ruined, but even then not terribly so. Just about an inch rectangle of the top two layers were eaten by pavement, and since I thankfully managed to get my hands out in front of impact, that’s obviously what took the full force of it. Even with the degree of contact most of the rest of my hand and fingers had, the rest of the fabric only had mild road burn and no other tearing. Posting this in gratitude :) Quality material and construction.

  13. Richard E. –

It a “glove” it should protect your hands from elements while in use…right! That’s what I wanted and received.
I have a larger hand however fingers are not exceptionally long. Usual a large glove works however I found that this glove runs small XL fits best. Nice snug fit, ez on/off, warm, waterproof so they are wind proof as well, good grip, like hi viz color many obvious reasons, riding my recumbent tadpole trike in colder weather is more friendly.
Not the glove for cutting, splitting, and stacking a rick of wood.

  19. Ben Hankinson –

Bought these for winter biking, and they’re perfect for snow, wind, and rain. I feel extremely visible, and my hands stay warm and dry, maybe a little damp from sweating. Machine washable too; only downside is I have to dry them twice – once for the outside and once for the inside. Avoid Velcro with these though, don’t even look at it. They snag on everything, but they do their job with flying colors.

  20. Donald Calabrese –

    Love them

  21. Ricardo DE MENDONCA –

Excellent produit.

Ok there a good snug fit (L) I don’t think I would use these below 40! If they get wet they will turn into a sponge. I take reviews with a grain of salt so I hope this helps. They are very neon colored. Don’t know how they will be seen at night?

  27. Ann Carolan –

  28. Amazon Customer –

After several years of riding in these, I can say they are so excellent I was actually motivated to write a review! They keep my hands at a comfortable temperature between 20F and 50F, and also kept my hands warm throughout a multi day bike tour in 40F weather and pouring rain. Flexible on the hands, very comfortable and functional. My only complaint is that they really are very neon… but functionally, they are stellar.

  29. Kevin C Hartzog –

Gloves are water resistant, but thin; my wife’s hands gets too cold wearing these gloves.

  30. Mary McDaniel –

The gloves are warm and have a good grip on my bike handles. I got caught in a downpour and the gloves were soaking wet.

These are great gloves lightweight waterproof and warm

  34. nthfrl –

bonne qualité pour météo modérée. Attention, taille très petit

  35. Arya –

At first I could hold them under running water and it would bounce right off like magic. Two months later, they absorb water like sponges. Not at all as advertised. There is no “waterproof membrane.” If anything they just sprayed on a hydrophobic coating.

Update: the seller reached out and offered a refund because I wasn’t satisfied, even though I was past the return window. That was cool of them.

  36. Testa Ferro –

  43. Ben Cooper –

These might be a bit more pricey than other options, but 100% worth it. Have kept my hands warm cycling in cold winds and rain, and walking in the Highlands in snow and gales. The windproofing is fantastic, and they’re certainly waterproof against heavy rain. Haven’t tried fully submerging my hands with them, but that’s not a use case for me. Sizing instructions were very accurate.

Can still feel shifters, the seams are placed in such a way it doesn’t rip along the sides of the fingers like other gloves i have had. DOES NOT work with phones, but i didn’t expect it to given the thickness.

  48. Jason –

Fantastic grip for shifting but not waterproof, my hand typically get soaked in about 5 mins minimum. They take forever to dry as well.

I bought these for road cycling when the temperatures are quite low and the weather is wet. They are excellent. They’re not bulky, so dexterity is maintained and they are close fitting and comfortable. I thought they were so good that I bought a second pair and have been my go-to crap weather gloves for the last two winter seasons. I would say they are good for temperatures down to 5°C.

These are really waterproof. Warm, and the grip on the palms is really great.

These gloves are worth every penny…kept my hands warm and dry during this past winter storm…i played in the snow to test them and it past the test

Excellent produit.

    Best gloves ever

These might be a bit more pricey than other options, but 100% worth it. Have kept my hands warm cycling in cold winds and rain, and walking in the Highlands in snow and gales. The windproofing is fantastic, and they’re certainly waterproof against heavy rain. Haven’t tried fully submerging my hands with them, but that’s not a use case for me. Sizing instructions were very accurate.

they are greta for rain biking/commuting – very warm

Can still feel shifters, the seams are placed in such a way it doesn’t rip along the sides of the fingers like other gloves i have had. DOES NOT work with phones, but i didn’t expect it to given the thickness.

Fantastic grip for shifting but not waterproof, my hand typically get soaked in about 5 mins minimum. They take forever to dry as well.

  49. RC –

Really comfortable but nos suitable for cold weather.

I bought it for my boyfriend for the winter it kept his hands warm.

    Klare Empfehlung.
