    What an excellent coat for my beautifully packaged, good instructions. Charged overnight, and it was terrific. She runs a charter boat, and having the warmth on 50°F mornings is great. She was using Thermocare products to keep warm. No need now. Area heating is a real treat for her.

    Very pleased with the warmth of this jacket. I don’t know about battery length yet as I haven’t worn it outside greater than 30 min. But on the medium heat setting in 28 degree weather it dropped 15% of its charge. The only downside is the weight of the battery.

    I ordered this jacket in 3XL and got it delivered to my place yesterday and I tried it and it didn’t fit me right so I looked at the jacket size tag to see and it ended up said M as medium size so I report the customer service to let them know I need to return it back because they sent me wrong size. I like the jacket but wrong size so I already ship it to UPS today (Dec 24th) and was hoping the seller would send me the right size after they receive the package by next week.

    First of all I was impressed with how the company packaged the jacket, having a personal note and how they stand by there products. The quality of the jacket is very nice I was really impressed by that. The heat that produces is amazing. Battery life has been good so far. Size wise I put my information in and it gave me the size, but should have went a size higher than suggested. Other than that I like the color that I picked and how well this jacket keeps me warm.

    Took me a few trys to get the right side I think they run big. Looks as picture shows. Nice fit and warm but not to heavy. The battery goes on the side by the seam which is nice so the weight of the battery isn’t pulling down onthe front of the coat. Excited to try it out in the cold so see how well it heats and keeps me warm. Hoping the battery last for the day. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

    Jacket itself is warm and does heat up to a comfortable temperature however the jacket doesn’t turn on unless you unplug and replug in the battery pack and also sometimes the jacket turns on without touching it. Definitely makes it a bit inconvenient to deal with however the jacket is very nice in all other departments.

    Update: Amazon gave me a replacement jacket. The new jacket also has the same issue. I would not be reordering this jacket when it dies this is highly inconvenient and annoying. The jacket itself is warm and heats up nice but the issue with the on switch and battery is just such a nuisance especially for the price.

    This is a great heated jacket I purchased for my wife. She absolutely loves it! Heating coils throughout and heats up almost immediately. Heavy duty zipper, great fit true to size, not bulky and great battery life and function. I have several heated clothing items manufactured by my preferred cordless tool brand (which are great) but I would make this the next heated jacket purchase for myself. If you buy it you will love it.

    Purchased this for my mother to go and watch college field hockey games. She said the coat was amazing and kept her warm. She usually is a medium but got a large so she could wear a couple of layers. She did say that she liked the size and doesn’t need to wear as many layers now with this coat. Great battery life!

    Very nice jacket. It is comfortable and warm and has a great fit. Nice jacket and good battery life. It heats well, but the power button on the battery makes no difference. You have to unplug and plug the battery every time you want to turn it on, which is inconvenient when you have to drop everything you’re carrying, unzip the pocket, and unplug it and plug it back in.
    I wish the designers would have made that better. I don’t typically give less than 5 stars, so I’m pretty disappointed.

    I don’t know which to compliment more, the jacket or the customer service! If you have ever thought about getting a heated jacket, I would highly and I mean highly recommend this jacket! I absolutely could not believe how fast it heated up , how warm it stayed and how long the battery lasted on medium. I am on Blood thinner and I am always always cold so I was starting to lose interest in hunting and ice fishing but because of this jacket, I was able to do a lot of ice fishing this winter and enjoyed every minute and stayed warm! I had a very small issue that I wanted to discuss with customer service and they were amazing! I would have to say Doumern has the best customer service that I have ran across while heavily shopping on Amazon for years! Great job DOUMERN!
