  1. Rafiq Phillips –

I like how easy it was to setup and how well it works with my phone and I like the fit bit app it counts my 21 thousands steps everyday I work which is helpful when it sends me info of my calorie burn and other info and the sleep tracking is kinda cool idea and the connectivity is great

  2. leahtodoruk –

As I said, the fitness tracking is very very accurate The battery life lasts very long it’s definitely has a lot of value for the money The size is perfect. It comes with two bands so if one of them doesn’t fit I can just switch it out and it has a lot of features

  3. GMJ3 –

This is a fantastic watch. I’ve been a long-time Fossil smartwatch user. My Fossil Gen 6 watch started acting up, and I recently learned that Fossil has exited smartwatches. Once I switched to the Pixel 3, I was thrilled and do not miss my Gen 6 at all. I should have switched sooner.

My 2nd Fossil replacement alternative was the OnePlus 2. The Pixel looked better (to me) and has Wear OS 5 which is the most recent version. It was hard to decide between the two using online descriptions and reviews, but I am happy with my choice. The Pixel battery life is better than the Fossil, even with the always on display, and easily gets me though the day. The charge may not last as long as the OnePlus 2, but I do not wear it overnight and instead put the watch on the charger, so the extra battery life is not an issue for me. Others may see this differently.

The Pixel 3 screen is MUCH brighter and sharper than the Fossil, the processor is faster, and the watch operation is intuitive and easy to learn. Activating the watch, setting it up, and switching from the Fossil was quick and easy since most of the apps and info are tied to my Google account.

Long-time irritants with the Fossil were how the end of the watch band kept flopping loose from its holder band, and how the crown button constantly activated when I sharply bent my wrist. The Pixel fixes both of these issues. The Pixel watch band is a bit tricky to attach at first (YouTube helps), but it works MUCH better than the Fossil and is more comfortable. The Pixel has a nice feature where you can rotate the watch display 180 degrees (make it upside down) so you can wear the crown button on the left side of the watch. No more accidental app activations, restarts, or 911 calls!

My primary watch use is for business to monitor emails and texts, and to see/screen/take phone calls. All these work beautifully, and are handled much better than with the Fossil. Even the weather app is upgraded in the new OS, and there is a timer that can be added to the tiles. I use my watch secondarily for the health features, and I was sad (at first) to learn Google Fit would not be on the Pixel. I used Fit on the Fossil to track steps and distance walked. The new FitBit basic version is a true upgrade and gives me all the info I had before, plus a lot more. I did not opt for the free Premium FitBit trial.

I bought and recommend a set of the plastic watch covers for scratch and impact protection, and a charging stand. Both work great.

  4. Carli –

I hesitated for a long time before buying a smart watch, thinking I wanted one but didn’t NEED one. However, after receiving a concerning MRI result, I decided to take proactive steps toward improving my health, including monitoring via a smart watch. After extensive research, I chose this watch and it has exceeded my expectations.

Here are the top health-related features I love:

Sleep Tracking: The sleep tracking is accurate, and I’ve been using it to monitor the effects of new sleep hygiene techniques that I have incorporated. It’s been great to see measurable improvements.

Activity Monitoring: It records my daily steps and sends intermittent reminders to get up and move throughout the day, which helps keep me active.

FitBit Compatibility: This phone is paired with the FitBit app (I upgraded to FitBit Premium). I can view detailed reports and trends related to aspects of my sleep, activity, heart monitoring, stress-management, weight, etc.

Morning Updates: Every morning, it provides an informational and motivational daily update, which sets a positive tone for the day.

Aesthetically, this watch is perfect for me as a woman. I love its round face and sleek design ~ it’s not overly large but still big enough to read without glasses. I chose the black version and customized it with a stylish blue letter display, which coordinates well with my typical attire.

I hadn’t worn a watch in years, but this one has been a game-changer. I can now easily check the time without fumbling for my phone or needing glasses. The added convenience of answering calls and receiving text notifications when my phone is out of sight is a huge bonus.

Overall, I’m thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this watch!

  5. JMB Oakland –

I was a FitBit fan and when my last one died after only 16 mos, I decided it was probably time to get a Pixel watch, assuming Google is putting more resources into their watch instead of their FitBits. I’m glad I did. It works very seamlessly with my Pixel phone. I like getting texts and emails on the watch, and the ability to use voice commands to tell it to set alarms etc. I’m sure it does even more than I use it for, but it does everything I need it to. I didn’t sync with FitBit app and it still counts steps and logs exercise, gives me a nice timer and alarm and lets me know when I have text, WhatsApp, Email coming in without me having to carry my phone around. It looks great, is easy to use and I’m quite happy with it. I’m in my sixties so in case you are on the older site, it’s easy to use.

  6. Wendell McBride –

This is my first smartwatch so I can’t compare it to similar products. It has a lot of nice features and generally integrates well with the google ecosystem.it understates the steps if i am walking quickly or running. i suspect that the cpu in the watch can’t keep up with vigorous activity. battery life is as reported by other reviewers. customization is not that intuitive and so far i did not find any way to customize it for the features i would use most. while the build quality is excellent, i’m not sure it is worth the premium price. One big reason I chose this was the ECG feature but after many tries the results are always “inconclusive”. What good is that? No real time bpm or SPo2 that I can find. To utilize all the features of the watch you’ll have to subscribe to the fitbit service which is not cheap. I do not find the app that useful. Seems to me that for the cost of the watch, Google could develop the equivalent and offer as part of the purchase price or even as part of a Google One subscription.

  7. Alexandro –

  8. Rafiq Phillips –

Exactly what I expected from the third iteration of the Pixel watch. The bigger size gives you better better life and more screen to bake your data.

  9. Worked perfectly and came to my house in 1 day was a fantastic purchase –

I had been on the fence about buying a fitness watch let alone one worth more than a couple hundred dollars- I am really glad I finally decided on this one. First off I have a Pixel phone, so pairing the two was seamless. I was able to set up everything I needed to work with my phone quickly and start using it. The tracking through Fitbit app is awesome, I love the sleep tracker most of all. The battery life is excellent on this series, I get a couple days usage personally without needing a charge.

  13. First time orderer –

Gift for my boyfriend for our anniversary. Since fossil stopped making smart watches he’s been on the lookout for something not apple and this was perfect. The 45mm isn’t too big for an 8″ wrist and the battery life is great.

  14. Jerry Riley –

I had the Google Pixel Watch 2 but not want to spend the additional money for a Google Pixel Watch 4. This work better, obviously than the 2, and is much brighter and has some additional feature. The charging cable for the 2 works on the 3. The wrist bands for the 2 also work on the 3. However, protective covers for the 2 are not capable of being placed on the 3

  15. sjc –

I bought this watch under the impression that the battery will last, at least couple of days
Pro, super nice and sleek design, screen is super smooth the touch, heart rate is pretty accurate and ECG it is accurate sort of i compared with apple and samsung watches, easy to setup and use the synch time is quick. I use google pixel 9 phone has an oxygen software on it. it has play store which is very nice u can install apps you need like what’s app. works good with google home. and the nest products which i have,

Cons: Battery doesn’t last more than 16 – 18 hours if you have the readings on. I was under the impression it lasts 2 days or 48 hours. the annoying part is you have to use 2 apps, the watch app from the pixel and for the health measurement you have to use fitbit which is pretty annoying, because google acquired fitbit. the tech is there though. Sound quality of the watch i didn’t like the noise is very low and staticy sometime maybe i need to adjust something in the settings.

  16. Ken –

I like this watch however it is not without fault. It’s very stylish so I like it for that reason. It’s clear and keeps accurate time, but that’s only secondary to what it’s designed for. Honestly, I’m not sure how to gauge accuracy on some aspects, but in terms of my heart rate, I think it’s pretty good. Some other features, not so much. There is a stress and mindfulness feature that allows you to record your stress levels. It tells me that it’s detected a potential change in my emotional state when I have no idea why. Then when I’m happy or mad, I get no notification. It’s a little large, but I also have a small wrist. I think all these watches are too expensive, but the price is at least competitive. I like all the features like the ability to answer the phone thru it and controlling your music thru it. I have a Pixel phone, so they work hand in hand with each other. If I think of anything else, I’ll be certain to add it.

I ordered this product because I have always wanted to try the Pixel watch but felt the price was too high. With the release of the 4 I pulled the trigger on the 3 for a really good price. So far, I like the features but the band seems to irritate my skin, so I’m looking for a different band composition but overall the watch has met my expectations.

  20. Mari C. –

I really like this little smartwatch, it does just enough and charges quickly. I really like the band, it’s a good update from the other Fitbit I was using and screen size is great.

  21. Juan Hernandez –

It’s a great buy, works pretty good, battery lasts full 24 hours without needing a charge (clearly that depends on your usage). I use it to track my sleep, get notifications, mess around with some games every now and then. And it’s awesome, if you don’t want to spend extra money on the Pixel watch 4. This one’s a solid choice.

  22. Lume Mance –

It’s a beautiful and accurate smartwatch. Google has great taste in plentiful watch faces. I started using my always on display & I’m now getting thirty hours or more battery on my Pixel watch 3. I’m impressed! It also fast charges & notifies my Google pixel 9 phone when fully charged. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Very pleased with the watch. Synched easily with my existing Fitbit account. Battery life fair at about 24-36 hours, but acceptable.

Great first (serious) smartwatch. Battery life could be better but everything is pretty darn great. Easy to set up with my Pixel phone, comfortable enought to forget it’s on. Sleep tracking is great. Screen is bright enough all the time and heart rate tracking is good too. All the Fitbit features work good.

This watch is just what I was looking for, as it looks beautiful, the band is sleek and extremely comfortable, and the watch face is streamlined; plus there are many watch faces to choose from whenever you feel like it; it isn’t too heavy, it’s accurate, I feel that it is a good value for the money, the connection is appreciated, it does need to be charged frequently but that’s the only downside (in my case once a day on average but does charge quickly). I chose this particular watch because of the added safeguards; it has fall detect (I got diagnosed with P.O.T.S so there is always a chance that I could pass out) ECG whenever my heart seems to be acting weird for added peace of mind, crash detect which is always a nice bonus, I have had a FITBIT for over 10 years (not the same one:) ) and I have found that all in all they are great watches and I really like the FITBIT app; so this time I thought that I would try GOOGLE and I am glad that I did.

  34. sjc –

Pixel Watch 3 (Bluetooth) is working well as my replacement for my old Fitbit. Like the fit and styling a lot, including the band with good fit and comfort. Integration with the Fitbit app on my phone was easy and seamless. Functionality is better than my old Fitbit in many areas, especially control of the phone. Tracking functions all working well – steps, exercise, heart, sleep, etc. Battery needs charging every 36 hrs. or so, but charging is quick. Bought during Prime Days so cost was acceptable.

I’ve been really impressed with the Google Pixel Watch 3. It offers such a wide variety of features that make it both practical and easy to use. The heart rate monitor is accurate and helpful for keeping an eye on daily health, and the sleep tracker gives clear, useful insights without being overwhelming. One of my favorite features is the quick start exercise tracker—it makes it so easy to jump right into a workout without scrolling through menus. Overall, the Pixel Watch 3 combines convenience, great health tracking, and a clean design, making it a fantastic everyday smartwatch.

I love the features of this watch! I’ve had a fitbit Versa, and a Samsung watch for years each and I think this watch combines them both beautifully. The only problem is have on my Pixel watch is for some reason, it’ll randomly stop sending message notifications. That’s been annoying. I’m not sure if it’s a Google issue or just the watch i got. Outside of that, it’s easy to read, I can respond to messages(when I get them) on the watch, it has a great display, I can answer calls on the watch, connectivity is great, excercise options are good and easy to access, and I love the overall look of this watch. Battery is pretty great to and it charges very quickly compared to Samsung!!

Love this watch- it was a total upgrade from Fitbit but figured that the Google watch may get me more life expectancy. The only thing I do not like is having to charge once a day- my Fitbit watch would last 4 days or more on a charge. But I understand this watch does so much more and relies on Bluetooth to run. I never have any issues with the connection and it is accurate on fitness monitoring- although it does not count my steps as fast as my Fitbit did- maybe it’s just me!
I can do so much more on this watch than my older Fitbit. If you are looking for a new smart watch this is worth the money- the 41cm fits my small wrist well, 45cm would be better for bigger wrists. Also I have bought the watch covers- cheap plastic cover to snap on- to keep the face looking nice as it is just the glass. So far I have had no issues with it breaking or marking.

Update- after having for many months now I have 2 things I don’t like about this watch- they are just personal preference but still annoying.
    1. I HATE that I have to charge daily- I find it is not convenient and takes longer than a shower…so I lose steps/ tracking/ etc (Most the time I forget it is charging, etc)
    2. The pedometer is inaccurate- I work a very active job and go to the gym – and I NEVER get to 10,000 steps! My previous watch was always reaching my goal- I feel this is not sensitive enough to pick up my steps. Say when I am pushing a cart or lawnmower- nothing because I am not moving my arms. And it will not pick up any steps if I am on the bike at the gym unless I put the workout on- seems it cheats me daily. So I am not sure if the developers read these but it needs a new way to count. Thanks!

The media could not be loaded.

A pretty good smartwatch with fitness tracking capabilities.
Not solely a fitness watch, but a good middle ground for someone who wants the functionalities of both smart watches and fitness tracking.
The battery drains quickly compared to a fitness watch (lasts about 2 days), but it charges very quickly to full (easy to do while showering) so I’ve never had it die on me.
I make my own watch faces to use to suit my own interests, but there are a lot of faces to download from the store or watch app that provide a lot of information at a glance. The wear OS is different from previous watches and a lot of the watch face makers are incompatible.

Overall I’ve really been enjoying this watch and haven’t run into any major issues or complaining points so far. :)

Bought my husband the 41mm and it fit him perfectly as a 6’1” guy with medium wrists. I was afraid the display would be too small, but it wasn’t.

I’ll try not to repeat what others are saying in the reviews, but in our personal experience, the watch is a great replacement to him previously using his Pixel phone and wearing a Fitbit. It syncs easily with the phone for easy setup and you can customize your display, as well as which apps and functions you want it to do. For example, my husband loves that he is able to load his credit cards and swipe his watch instead of fumbling for his phone or physical wallet when trying to pay for fares on his daily commute.

The display is bright and legible. There are a lot of cool features to explore, such as using the watch as a soft flashlight at night when you don’t want to get flash banged by the flashlight feature in your phone. Or using the watch as a “remote control” to have your phone camera take photos from a tripod or hands free mode. Or having the watch track your heart rate and monitor your sleep. No more missing texts or calls because you didn’t hear your phone – you can set your watch to vibrate on your arm.

The mic quality is surprisingly good, although it doesn’t mute background noises, so it isn’t recommended for use in crowded or noisy areas. The audio-to-text speech recognition of the watch is also more accurate than expected. The design is excellent – you can rotate the display so that you can wear the watch comfortably as a left-handed person with the knob facing outwards, which the Fitbit could not.

I think if you catch it on sale and you own a Pixel phone, this watch is worth buying. Not sure about its durability yet, but so far we are very pleased with its features and customization.

I really like my pixel watch. This watch replaced several previous Fitbit watches, which I liked, but each always ended up breaking. My last Fitbit was a versa 2, so it’s been a while. This watch is obviously a much newer and better version of a smart watch. It is very intuitive and does all sorts of things. It can do as much or as little as you would like a smart watch to do. I love it.

Thanks!

The watch doesn’t glitch, I can be far away from my phone and it doesn’t disconnect. I like the fit bit app and goals. I can change the settings to vibrate and not make noise. I can customize the screen to see steps or tiles to get to important things, I got different watch bands and covers for the screen. The battery lasts a few days. The speaker and mic sound good on calls. I love the size it doesn’t feel chunky. I love the voice command feature and Google connectivity. The accuracy with vitals is right in line when I take my vitals. Does not do blood pressure.

I’ve been using a Pixel phone for a couple of years and always paired it with an off-brand inexpensive “smart watch”. After all, I pretty much just used it to track my steps and heart rate. I even carried on a phone conversation using it the other day when I didn’t have my phone near me. The caller said that she wouldn’t have known that I wasn’t using my phone. Still a great smart watch. Bought for $100 during a deal after the PW4 was already out. Can’t say it’s lacking much more than the PW4 offered. Be sure to set up bedtime mode so the battery can last 2 days without a charge. I don’t have always on display so I can easily make it last about 3 days before needing a charge.

The Google Pixel is great. I never paid to connect it to my phone, but I appreciate that I can still see what messages are coming in, and receive calls. Love the workout monitoring! I enjoy the sleep tracking too. That seems to work well. The biggest downfall is definitely battery life, BUT it charges very quickly! I appreciate that!

Lasts me 2 days on a full charge, which is acceptable to me, with how many features it has (charges while I shower and get dressed). The irregular heart rate detection works great – notably, it only works while sleeping or resting. It has detected my a-fib seemingly accurately every time.

It’s fast and has access to many great apps on the app store. I couldn’t be happier!

My boyfriend really loves it; it was a good purchase. He needed to check the firmness of his heart and do exercises.

    Works pretty well for that

  115. Carli –

This was a huge waste of money and I am now barely just past the return date. I bought one of these on Amazon prime day because it had been on my wish list. I had been using a Fitbit Inspire 3 for a year and actually have loved it, but wanted something that looked nicer with outfits and that had a few more functions. On top of that, I read an article that Google is going to be phasing out the fitbit’s now that they have acquired the company and basically forcing everyone to the Pixel watches. So I wanted to get ahead of it.

With all that said, I truly do not understand the great reviews of this fitness watch. It’s shortcomings are many. I can only assume that most people that have given this great reviews have not been using a Fitbit and therefore do not realize how inaccurate this is. I need to say also that I bought this brand new. This was not a used product or refurbished. Brand new.

First off, this watch is inaccurate when it comes to step count by more than 1/3. As in, it misses over 1/3 of my steps CONSISTENTLY. So, if I had actually gotten 9k steps in, it only registers maybe around 6k. I’ve used fitbits for years. I know how to calibrate the step length and make sure that everything is correct. I’ve worked with Google’s team to make sure that everything is correct. I have everything set correctly. I have worn both my Fitbit and this together in order to track the inconsistencies. I’ve even counted my own steps. This thing misses around 1/3 of steps. Period. That’s a whole lot of steps you are missing. So if you buy this and you feel like that your step count is too low, it is not in your head.

Second, The HRV and heart rate algorithms and sensors are off by a significant amount. Because I have Hashimoto’s and use MyFitness trackers for medical monitoring, I have made sure to test the accuracy of my Fitbit with my doctor’s instruments on multiple occasions. My doctor and hospital staff have compared readings on their accurate equipment and verified that my Fitbit is insanely accurate. This watch also consistently overcalculates heart rate and under calculates HRV. In other words, it will consistently tell you that your current and resting heart rate is around 10bpm more than it actually is and will tell you that your HRV is about 7-10 lower than it actually is. All things that point to you being more unhealthy than you actually are. Again, I have worn both of these together and also calculated my own heartbeat and the pixel watch is inaccurate.

Third, this thing has a horrible horrible battery life. I bought the Wi-Fi version, not the LTE version. I bought that specifically because it was supposed to have a better battery life. Nope. It needs recharged at least once every day or day and a half and that is WITH having the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth kept off, only purposely syncing with my Fitbit app once or twice a day by manually turning on the Wi-Fi or the Bluetooth, and keeping the brightness on low. If you even have this on medium brightness and have the Wi-Fi on when you are home by itself, you’re going to have to recharge this at least every 24 hours or less. If you have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned on it’s even sooner and it only lasts about 16 hours. So if you are buying this to be able to use all of the fancy functions and Wi-Fi capability, you’re going to need to keep in mind that you are going to have to recharge this often. Possibly more than once a day. And it does not recharge quickly.

While the features are great and I like the use of Google Assistant and things on that, the watch off and glitches and restarts randomly and Mrs calls and things like that even when connected properly.

Also, I should mention that this watch is fairly heavy. Even compared to regular watches. So you’ll need to get used to that. It didn’t bother me too much and I could have lived with it if it weren’t for everything else going on with the watch.

Lastly, I do need to address what was my last straw. That is the fact that I pay for Fitbit premium and the watch stopped consistently syncing with my Fitbit app. Some days it would, some days it wouldn’t. Some days it would only sync part of my data, other days none. In this frustrating times were I had several occasions where my sleep chart was not available and said it did not get recorded at all despite the fact that I was wearing the watch correctly and had worn it during the night. I spent hours on the phone with support over multiple days for them to come to the conclusion that they didn’t know what was causing this and it must be my fault even though they had to admit that everything that I was doing was correct and I was syncing it often enough. These issues only came about in the last few weeks when the new update was pushed to my watch. If you get on the forums online on Reddit and other areas you will see that a ton of other people have had the same issues since the updates and it has basically rendered my watch unusable. I need the data for my heart rate and breathing rate and all of that, especially when sleeping, in order to keep track of my health because of my Hashimotos. Not being able to see those stats is a problem because my thyroid levels can very quickly get out of whack and normally my first indicator before I have severe symptoms is in my sleep charts. So after not being able to solve this with them I was finally done. Again, I want to reiterate that this was since the last update and I’m not the only person to have experienced this. A lot of people have had this experience. And it was frustrating part of all of this is this happened just after the return window viability for all of us who caught these watches during prime days. Literally a few days after the return window was up. So now I am $200 in the hole with basically a break on my counter that is inaccurate and unusable.

But I did go back to my Fitbit and have been incredibly happy and even more grateful for it. If Google does end up making them obsolete that’s fine. I will just go to Garmin or another manufacturer. Accuracy inconsistency are what matter the most to most people who are wearing these watches to monitor their health and this just has too many flaws and cons to make it worth the money. Maybe Google will actually listen to their customers and fix these things. But in my experience with them with customer service, sounds to me like all they really care about is a money grab and selling people expensive equipment with their programs and apps built in… Instead of actually having a quality fitness tracker. If you want a smartwatch for the sake of having a smartwatch where you have Google accessibility and Google Assistant and can take calls and read emails from it, etc. This is great. But again, keep in mind the battery life is absolutely atrocious. But if you’re okay with all that, it would make for a great smartwatch if you don’t specifically want it for a fitness tracker. But if you are like me and many other people who were excited that Google supposedly integrated Fitbit with a smartwatch… You’re going to be very very disappointed. Stick with your fitbits until you can’t use them any longer.

Thanks!

The 44mm was way too big. Exchanged for the 41mm. I like it so far but the case I got was decidedly not “champagne gold aluminum” as advertised and shown in the pictures. The band looked as advertised (although I’d hesitate to call it “hazel”, let’s just admit it’s gray). While it’s not a terribly appealing color, bands are easy to replace with something nicer. The case, however, looked more like a brushed charcoal than champagne gold aluminum, which isn’t a bad color, but it’s not what I bought and definitely not the color that was advertised, which was disappointing for me. Other than that, it seems to be high quality. I’ll know more after trying out the 41mm.

After going through a few inexpensive, generic watches, I finally decided to pay more for the name-brand watch to match my phone, albeit not the newest model.

I was really torn between the two size options and ended up going with the smaller one. I regretted it almost immediately. I’m not the biggest guy (5’ 11”, 162 lbs). I thought the 45 mm might look oversized on my wrist, but the 41 actually looks petite despite being a similar size to other watches I’ve owned. It’s something to do with the rounded edges and the way the band flares out where it meets the watch. If you’re on the fence at all, I recommend paying a little extra for the bigger watch. However, I did add a case (Spigen Liquid Air), and the bulk of it makes the watch less feminine.

Using the watch, the main perk, as compared to generic watches, is the compatibility with popular apps like Strava. I can start an activity on my wrist, and it records my heartrate without an extra sensor. Another example, I was able to install the multi-factor authentication program my workplace requires. Now I can log in to my laptop without getting out my phone. Text messages and other alerts are also more reliable. I thought I might like being able to control Google smart home devices from my watch, but that hasn’t turned out to be more convenient than just using the smart speakers around my house or my phone. Another small thing, I really like that my phone’s alarm and night settings sync seamlessly with the watch, so I don’t have to think about turning on “do not disturb.”

There are some downsides. Battery life isn’t as good as some of the cheaper watches, but probably because this one does more. I turned off the “always on” watch face, and I do fine charging it once a day while I eat breakfast. My wife chose a Fitbit instead of a Pixel watch because she didn’t want to have to charge it every day. I wish the band didn’t use a proprietary attachment method, but there are plenty of compatible bands available. The rounded glass edge feels very vulnerable, but as I mentioned, I added a case and screen protector. Now, I’m not worried about it. The Pixel 4 is supposed to be more repairable. That’s the main reason to consider the newer model if you can afford it, but I’m happy with the 3.

This watch is tops! I’ve had to buy the fitbit sense 2 twice. Once every two years because the battery just suddenly dies. I decided to try the Pixel 3 this time. It has everything that the sense has + MORE for the same price!! It has all the apps that your phone has, and a flashlight ability. It also has airplane mode that you can toggle off and on, if your trying to be mindful about EMF’s. It pairs up to your phone flawlessly, and is so fast. I thought the circular watch face would be too big and that the dial would accidentally get pressed (like the sense) but, nope! It’s very useful without being set off.

You can have up to 9 settings on the watchface. When you click the item, it takes you straight to it (calories, distance etc. ) You no longer need to scroll through everything to get to what you want. I did spend the extra $ to buy a 3 year warranty through Amazon, and I do know of I’ll need it, but so far this watch has been totally worth the cost, and this is coming from someone that doesn’t have the money just to be throwing around

Thanks!

I painstakingly researched fitness watches for the past year. It was really important that I find something less than $350 that actually provided HR accuracy comparable with Polar monitors. All of the research led me to the Google Pixel 3 and it has not disappointed! I have tested it out and it lines up with my Polar band with only trivial deviations of just 2-5 bpm that only last a few seconds.

Even during high intensity intervals in workouts, or when unexpected tachycardia events happen, it notices and picks up on the changes quickly. This thing blows Fitbit out of the water. I’ve struggled with Fitbit’s inaccuracy for years. That information is important. For example, let’s say you’re trying to gain muscle mass and are balancing calories in/calories out as part of your plan. Fitbit is going to lead you astray. If it’s not getting your HR correct, then it’s not getting your calorie burn correct. For me, it was between 300-400 cals a day below what I was actually burning.

If you need a watch with excellent HR accuracy for $350 or less, this is a great choice. I purchased the pink one because it was on sale for under $300 just for being pink, I guess :) I haven’t had any issues with connectivity or user interface. The screen is clear and easy to navigate. Sleep info is also accurate.

Make sure you buy a c port charger base though. It comes with the charger cable, but no base and it’s not your standard USB connection. Happy training!

Gift for my boyfriend for our anniversary. Since fossil stopped making smart watches he’s been on the lookout for something not apple and this was perfect. The 45mm isn’t too big for an 8″ wrist and the battery life is great.

Very pleased with the watch. Synched easily with my existing Fitbit account. Battery life fair at about 24-36 hours, but acceptable.

Thanks!

  46. Mari C. –

  49. Amazon Customer –

I love it.

The speaker and mic sound good on calls. I love the size it doesn’t feel chunky. I love the voice command feature and Google connectivity. The accuracy with vitals is right in line when I take my vitals. Does not do blood pressure.

    So far so good.

Thanks!

Thanks!
